From my experience Legends is not a bad place to play having actually seen it first hand now. My only criticism of it now is based on the rampant AFK farming that is allowed to happen. You can't go anywhere in game without running into some jackass afk farming. It's out of control, but the team doesn't seem to have any interest in curbing it.

Why would they? If they clamped down on the AFK sample bots, and AFK looters they'd lose 40-50% of their server population probably. No, it's not enforceable on a privately run server without oversight, supervision and a business structure. These people that run any private servers aren't employees doing a job, they are players themselves. You can never expect them to be neutral and not play favorites - regardless of the server.On live your account meant something, lose it and you couldn't play the game period.

I disagree with that statement. One can separate the two and remain somewhat detached. Granted you are correct that the only pitfall to the player is that yes, they can just jump ship and get on another one. Plenty of people do that across all of the Emu servers, get banned, bitch about it for a day, join another server to do the same shit on.The NGE however, you have only a choice between Legends, and a server run by Xaos Kun and friends. There aren't any other options, so for most people losing an account on legends should be sufficient deterrent to disobeying the rules should they be enforced.Moreover as far as the Legends team in terms of playing favorites and being unbiased? Considering how critical I was of them in the past, the fact that they allowed me into that community to make amends with them and have treated me with nothing but the utmost respect says it all to me.

No one will have an issue with you.

However the people that come out of the woodwork to tell me that I'm an idiot for having fun there are proving that their opinion all. They most likely fit into that category I just described.
